- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do couples massage and we offer discounts for customers who helps grow our business on social media because we believe massage should be more affordable. Sharing the good news is one way you can help us lower or marketing costs, saving us money, and earning you a nice discount! The only people who leave nice reviews are people who want to come back!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll do a basic intake form, ask what problems you're having and what you'd like worked on and the results you're looking for. I'll make sure there are no medical issues to be concerned about and then I'll go over what you should expect and verify that you're comfortable with everything. I'm not just a healer, I'm a protector, and it's my job to not only make you feel better, but to make you feel comfortable in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been running businesses since 1991. I have a BLS in Marketing and Art. I am a business owner, member of Columbia Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau, and a certified LMT.
