- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing of any project is based on numerous factors including but not limited to; Complexity of the scope of work, number of team members needed to fulfill project, deadlines, customer expectations, value on returned product or service. We do not use set hourly pricing, as this may vary greatly on the results expected from the customer. Instead, our discovery consultation will enable me to place the proper team members needed to fulfill customer requirements. Example: If a customer insists that their Videos or website return first page google results for keyword organic searches, the price will be higher than a customer who looks to have basic SEO. The execution of both projects may take the same amount of 'man hours', however the resources will vary greatly, as well as the team member skill level placed on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a discovery session will take place to create a plan that best suites the needs of the customer. Since my company has the resources to fulfill a variety of projects in the digital space, it is beneficial to both the customer and myself to understand the short and long term goals of the client. Our process is such that we are capable of creating a congruent plan for application develop and the marketing of the application through Social Media, Video Marketing, SEO, & content creation. We are happy to work with other companies and freelancers if the customer has an established relationship for certain areas of their overall plan. However, in my experience, projects have been executed with better results when Alpha Consulting manages all aspect of the customers digital needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from the University of South Carolina. I have been involved with numerous entrepreneurial ventures, partnerships, business consulting, & turn around management. In 2014 & 2015 I took over 5 underperforming restaurants, and through a well executed marketing & operational plan layered with new application development, was able to increase ebitda (net profits), by over $600k. $325k of the new found profits were the result of a labor management application, with the remaining coming from increased revenue as a result of new digital marketing plans. Partnering with top programmers we developed new loyalty programs, social media presence, email marketing, and an operational applciation integrated into the point of sales system. Since then I have helped clients build marketing funnels with higher rates of conversion, build brand awareness through custom facebook business pages, rank youtube videos on google with descriptive sales funnels, build mobile applications for improved workflow, as well as custom websites and wordpress applications.
