FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a prospective client emails me, I work to understand what kind of shoot and experience they're looking for first and foremost. I want to make sure I manage expectations appropriately up front. When we've chosen a date, I will send a PayPal invoice for a 50 percent, non-refundable deposit. Once that has been paid the spot is reserved for you! As time draws near your shoot, I will be in contact to make sure we have a location nailed down and that I answer any questions you may have. After the shoot, you'll receive an online gallery of images 2-3 weeks after your shoot. You're free to print the images from your gallery, but I do recommend you print them at a reputable photo printer like mpix.com
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college at Butler University for Public Relations and Advertising, which has helped me with the business and promotion side of Ali Elizabeth Photography. I have mentored with a few different well-known photographers in Indianapolis and taken some online courses, which have helped me with the creative side of what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with and accept all types of clients - the only thing I expect from my clients is mutual respect and kindness. Nothing else really matters to me!
