I've hired First Class Catering for my wedding, my sister's graduation party and a number of functions for my department at work and for each and every event they have gone above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Caleb, Wayne and their professional staff excel at customizing service to any need or budget. They have demonstrated their exceptional abilities to deliver top-notch food and service from a casual slider bar, to a four-course custom plate-up for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any catering event.

Dinner was good, the caterer took care of everything as planned. We had way more food than was needed. Only two things were less than expected; due to the driving distance and access to our venue, the pork was a bit dry. I would have liked a different gravy for the pork as well. The roast beef was wonderful. Overall, I am very happy with this caterer. I would use their services again if the need arose.

We set our pricing based on the elegance of the menu, number of people, and service style. Ask for our pricing guide to take all of the guess work out of planning!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to work side by side with our clients to create the custom event that fits their needs. We will do a phone interview and then one in person meeting to ensure we get every detail perfect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a combined 90 years experience in the catering field. Catering Manager Caleb Blackerby studied arts and hospitality management at Indiana University, and our chefs have worked in some of the highest quality restaurants in Indiana.
