Adam Fleischer provided an excellent meal for my dinner party. He met with me prior to my event and asked me specific questions about my expectations. I was impressed with his knowledge of, and access to good quality food. He also was able to accommodate all my guests' diets, including gluten free. He brought all the food and prepared it efficiently. One thing I especially liked about this chef is that he was generous with sharing his recipes and answered all my questions. Best of all, the food was delicious! (Tender and juicy pork roast and baked cauliflower were favorites!) I will use his services again!

I hired Adam to help develop a menu and teach the recipes at a small "learn to cook" brunch I was hosting. He had great insight in putting the menu together, listening to my interest and making suggestions that elevated the final menu, but keeping it simple and accessible. He was a patient and helpful teach to my group of 5 guests. Each one of focused on one dish from the menu. Adam shared techniques and tips that we could all utilize in our everyday cooking. Couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, for personal chef and catering services, I charge $20-30 a person per meal. Depending on ingredients and other expense factors, some jobs may exceed this baseline.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an informal telephone or email discussion, I will meet with you face to face for our initial consultation so I can best determine the likes and dislikes of the customer, any allergies or cultural needs. A price quote and menu will shortly follow via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking for over 20 years. I've owned my own restaurant, bar, and been a chef at multiple locations in Columbus. I have extensive knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and cultures from the world over. I'm always researching new trends and techniques to better myself.
