- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, for personal chef and catering services, I charge $20-30 a person per meal. Depending on ingredients and other expense factors, some jobs may exceed this baseline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an informal telephone or email discussion, I will meet with you face to face for our initial consultation so I can best determine the likes and dislikes of the customer, any allergies or cultural needs. A price quote and menu will shortly follow via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking for over 20 years. I've owned my own restaurant, bar, and been a chef at multiple locations in Columbus. I have extensive knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and cultures from the world over. I'm always researching new trends and techniques to better myself.
