- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices will vary depending on the amount of work that needs to go into it to get a solid final product. Generally, resumes will range from $50-$85, cover letters will range from $20-$35, and resume/cover letter packages receive a $5-$10 discount compared to purchasing both individually.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll talk goals. What do we envision the end result looking like? What are we trying to achieve? Only once we've talked about that and reached and understanding do we move onto collecting the raw data needed to develop the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in English and a M.L.I.S., both of which required extensive academic research writing and editing.
