- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The financial wealth wellness workshops are complimentary. We do not charge prospective clients to complete their Financial Needs Analysis in oder to develop a strategy for their financial future. We do, however, earn their referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WFG has a unique and proven system in place to train all new associates on how to match families with the ideal financial solutions for that individual or family. It's not a one-size-fits-all strategy that you'll find with some "investment advisors" or investment companies. We're unique in that we broker out to more than 300 A rating companies to find the BEST solution for each individual. We actually listen to our clients and develop a strategy best for them. Not the other way around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WFG associates will have at least their state Life Insurance producer license after passing the state licensing exam. We also complete Annuity and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) training before ever meeting with our first client. Additional training on our business and products is on-going, weekly.
