Gene came out for the estimate and did a very professional and thorough job in quoting out the work. After the estimate, he disappeared for a week and did not respond to communication, so I went with another company. When that company failed to do the work, I messaged Gene to have him do the job and he was very responsive. We scheduled the work for the next week when I would be home, and on the day in question Gene was again nowhere to be found, and not responsive to repeated calls/texts. If I were you, I'd find another provider.
