- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer. I like to meet with them face to face to discuss the expectations for that particular job. I always try to go above and beyond to make sure the expectations have been meet and or surpassed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my start in the landscaping and lawn care when I helped a former co worker with a few of his bigger jobs. After that I was hooked! There was something about transforming a property that was an eye sore into a property that any one would be proud of.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently renewed a contract with the HOA I took care of last year. It was a huge project for me since I work by myself. There was a large amount of edging beds, mulching, trimming of shrubs and trees not to mention mowing. At least once week a home owner from the surrounding neighborhood would stop me and tell me how nice it looks now. That made all the hard work worth while.
