We offer a 30 day manufacturers warranty on all hardware repairs and a 60 day warranty for all software repairs/installations. I could not be more pleased with my experience! The back rollers/fuse in our large Brother Color Laser Printer/Scanner became severely damaged. After numerous calls around town with no answer, I turned to Double M on Thumbtack as my last hope. I wish I would have saved a few headaches and contacted them first! Maurice answered my cry for help in about 10 minutes after my initial inquiry. We used the convenient chat function to schedule the best time for both of us. He also sent me and kept me updated with tracking information for the replacement part that he ordered. Maurice came to the office and was so great. I was his last quick appointment for day and he fixed the issue in no time! Though my printer decided to have a hidden jam after the fix, he graciously came back the next day to clear the problem. And now, my printer runs as good as new!
