- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we help this determine what exactly their problem is through email, phone or in person. Once we discover the problem or it is pre-determined, we discuss the repair options for the customer and the price and time for the repairs to take place. At that point we give the customer an opportunity to choose which repair option will work best for them.

We have worked with Individuals, Student Organizations, Community Organizations, Government and Private Companies
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Weigh your options, figure out the pricing, past work and if needed references so you are comfortable with your services provided before, during and after.
