It’s been almost two months since Jeremy and Rick have started our project (Sept 29), and it’s still not finished. They have not completed the terms of our contract, but have been paid in full. Every time I try to reach out to them, they apologize but never follow up. We’ve been more than patient, but with the weather changing, I doubt if they will hold their end of the bargain. I am contacting the BBB for resolution.
