We called Now Heating & Air to get a price for a AC unit for a new home build, We started out by checking to see if we were going to get a good AC unit from the home builder, or just something that would get us cold air. After talking to Now Heating and Air staff, We found out we could get an AC unit with a higher sear rating for the same amount the home builder was going to charge for there unit. Needless to say we went thru NH&A and had them install the AC unit after we took ownership of the new house. They showed up on time to install the AC unit, and described what they were going to do and why. This made us feel a lot more comfortable about what was going on. After the installation was complete, The technician made sure the wife and I were able to operate the thermostat, set up programs and made sure we didn't have any questions that were not answered. Working with Now Heating and Air has been a wonderful experience. I have recommended them to friends and family and they tell me how nice it is to find a company you can trust. D Mohr

The heating unit sitting on top of our office building decides to go kaput during mid winter. Time is of the essence (I can't let my office staff freeze!) so I hit the phones getting quotes. This is a huge job so shopping around matters. I chose Now over other companies because: 1) Quick. They were lightning quick getting us a quote. As I said, can't have my staff freezing. Those little portable heaters can only do so much. 2) Fair price... and I had checked around. The only lower bids came from individuals, not businesses. Having a warranty and knowing it will be professionally installed is definitely worth paying a little extra. 3) Professionalism. From start to finish, Rod, Eric and the tech staff were professional, quick, and just awesome to do business with. I'll be definitely be using in the future for other properties I own. It's a relief when you can find a reliable, competent, and fairly price contractor. I found that in Now Heating. To all the staff at Now Heating, thank you for being awesome!

Over the holidays, I ordered myself an Ecobee. Being reasonably handy and exceptionally adept at watching YouTube videos, I planned on installing it myself. I quickly realized my mistake (Mistake #1) and hired an Amazon "happiness guaranteed" professional (Mistake #2). They assigned someone from a hot water heater company with 0 reviews, and despite my misgivings, I kept the appointment. (Mistake #3.) The young man who showed up had ZERO clue what he was doing. Three hours later, the poor thing gave up and told me he'd put everything back the way it was and make sure Amazon didn't charge me. I felt sorry for him until we hit a cold snap two days later and I realized I didn't have any heat. Frantic, I called Now Heating & Air on Friday morning, December 30th, and was assured they'd have someone out between 12 and 5. THEN I realized I had a dental appointment. I called back to see if they could work around my schedule, and they said yes! As promised, Abram, called 20 minutes before arrival. Once Abram got into the HVAC system, he saw that the previous tech had re-wired my system incorrectly, causing a blown transformer. Within two shakes of a lamb's tail, Abram had the transformer replaced, the Ecobee installed, AND the heat back on! ...but thirty minutes later, I heard a loud pop. Both my heat the the Ecobee were dead. I flipped the breaker to the HVAC and power to my entire condo died. Once I flipped the main breaker, I sadly texted Abram, who returned within 30 minutes -- at 7PM on a Friday night. It turns out a wire had accidentally been closed in with the HVAC door. Once again, Abram quickly and efficiently saved the day. I think Now Heating and air might've saved my life.
