- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client first starts out with filling in our LS questionnaire, so we can better understand you and your lifestyle. We then continue the process to the next step with our free consultation. All consultations are no-obligation, but allow you to get to know us, and for us to ask any further questions in order to give you the best experience. We then begin with the actual service. Each service has a different style follow up email varying with a wish list, all the way to a wardrobe look book of outfits that we have created for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Co-founders Grace and Lacey have both worked in the retail and fashion industry for 10+ years. Ranging from working for designers such as Leon Max, BCBG, and MM.lafleur. Both Grace and Lacey have worked for many local fashion shows ranging from the One Bread Foundation charity show, to the Macy's Passport fashion show. Grace is also a Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising alumni, with a degree in Visual Communications. They have extensive experience with clients doing wardrobe consulting, personal shopping, trunk shows and more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of our biggest values that set us apart from other personal image consultants is our broad spectrum of who we truly cater to. We have worked with women who are stay at home mothers (who never are able to make that time for themselves), to that girl who is always on the go between tough mudders and hikes, to the woman who lives in the office and is completely career driven. Regardless of your lifestyle, we believe every woman deserves to feel fabulous walking down their life's runway, and that fashion really can be for everyone.
