I had the pleasure of working with Ian from Mercury Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner stopped working during a really hot weekend and Ian came out to our house on a Sunday and got our unit working again. It required a lot of maintenance and Ian had all of the expertise to fix the problem. He even looked around our property and advised on how to maintain and protect our other units. Ian was great! We had issues with a previous contractor and after getting in touch with Ian our air conditioning issue was solved in no time. Ian pretty easily diagnosed the situation and provided and very simple and affordable solution. We had cool air running through the home in no time. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Mercury Heating and Air uses a flat rate pricing system so that you will know what the cost is to the dollar before you approve of any work we do. Our diagnostic and tune up fees are $68. We have discount available with our maintenance programs as well as discounts for senior citizens and honorably discharged, active duty and retired military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process for working with new clients is to assess the situation with their homes, the clients wants and needs and their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NATE Certification, EPA Type 608 Licenses, graduates of UTA and over 20 years of experience. We have had extensive training over our careers with some of the largest heating and air conditioning companies in the bay area.
