Our first exploration is intended for us each to get a feel for if we are a good match. This consultation/ discussion is free of charge, and most often is by phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with a new customer is to provide a free phone consultation during which we each ask questions to determine if we might be a good match. This can be done in text or email, if preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BA in Psychology, a Masters, and a Masters in Education with specialty in Reading and Writing. Beyond that, I am a lifelong learner, passionate about making a difference.
