We have not had our gutters cleaned in quite some time, North American exteriors did a great job. The communication was very good and made getting the job completed very easy. They came a day earlier than expected after calling to confirm it would be ok with us. The front of the house was cleaned up nicely, The back porch did have some leaves and dirt left on it however our back porch is not in the best condition at the moment so this is not a concern right now. Overall I am very pleased with their work and would hire again!

Confusing experience. I had an appointment with an arrival time of between 3pm and 4pm. At 1:05pm, I received an invoice. This was a bit strange as I was at the dentist and it would mean they arrived a bit over 2 hours early. But perhaps they just send it ahead of time? So I waited, no show. So I walk around outside of house, can't tell if anything happened from down below. 4:13pm I call them up and their not sure either. I am told to wait and they would call me back. Well it reaches 8pm and they close without calling me. Some chats in thumbtack happen but it doesn't full me with confidence. Monday comes around and John convinced me that I am all set. Hopefully everything is fine. I just wish with me not being home and not made aware they would come so early that they would have taken pictures or at least left a note on my door. My fear is that a neighbor may have had their gutters cleaned. This would put my home at risk as cleanings are important. I have had previous instances where contractors have arrived at the wrong home. Anyway, I paid and just hoping that everything went well. They probably did and excellent job and hopefully to my home.

He knew exactly what needed to be done, was prompt in addressing our needs and when he completed the work the roof looked new again. He also cleaned the mold and mildew off the end of the house. Big improvement! Cost was reasonable. Very pleased.
