He was punctual and responsive to texts and calls. He did excellent work installing new sink fixtures and rehooking up the garbage disposal. He took out all the old pvc pipe and put new in making sure there were no leaks before he left. He was very reasonable for 3 1/2 hours work!

Richard was on-time, polite, and courteous. At first, I had a bit of trepidation at whether he would be able to accomplish what I wanted done (going from a two-drain kitchen sink to a single-drain sink, replacing a faucet, and re-hooking up the garbage disposal and PVC plumbing under the sink enclosure), but when it was all said and done, everything worked beautifully and was hooked up to code. What was most outstanding to me was the honesty and fairness. He reduced my initial quote since the job was less involved than he initially thought it would be, and he only wanted me to pay for what he did. Great integrity. Would use again.

Very professional, friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. After less than a minute of seeing the two issues I had, he immediately knew what materials he needed, went out and bought them for me, and then fixed the problems quickly. Then when I had a concern about a faucet sputtering a few minutes after he finished and left, I gave him a call and he came back to investigate and fix it right away at no extra charge, even though it ended up not being directly related to the original job. I will definitely keep his number handy in my address book for the next time I need professional plumbing work done.

Richard was clear on the fix and he was able to successful finish the job with no issues. Prices were reasonable and payment was as quoted. He stayed until the job was complete. He is calm and professional. He even came out on a Sunday to address the leak.

Most of the time I charge a standard price but if the work will take a few days I can create an hourly rate. There is a $35 trip charge depending on the distance to your location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give a price online but I typically need to see the job in order to give an accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was 17 at the time I started working for the family business. It was very hard work but at the end of the day I love my job and I wouldn't change it for the world
