- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be truthful and stay within my bid, I will go through the whole job and materials needed and work to be performed and check for unforeseen problems and let the customer know beforehand if I see a problem and the price of a problem if it should occur, that way the customer is not charged and not ready for the extra charge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them and introduce myself and my associates and let them get to know us and be comfortable with us being allowed into their homes and assure them that we are the right crew to install their type of flooring
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified flooring installer who is always updated in new flooring materials and how to install them within company specs
