- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to ensure that the client's needs are not only met but surpassed. In order to do this I listen intently to what the client wants and I work to make it happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is extensive and ongoing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with both commercial clients and regular folk. In the end it doesn't matter the type of client. My commitment to excellence is the same.
