- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the project. I have a standard pricing system for all transcription related services, however, do not have standard pricing system for administrative or bookkeeping services as it all depends on size of company and the amount of work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with new clients is to determine their work ethics, how they would like to communicate regarding project timelines and any other relevant items to be discussed.

I have a Bachelor of Science and Management degree as well as Associates of Art degree (IT)
