What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with individuals face to face, via phone and gotomeeting (so that we can see each other) or groups. We can travel to any location, including international. Prices do not include travel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A graduate of the Industrial Relations Studies Program at Cornell University. Numerous speaking coaches, including world known Akash Koria.
