FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two types of classes. One if you are a medical professional or Two if you are not. price depends on what category you are in. Usually the second option requires a more in depth training (first aid) that medical professionals already go through in school or training. So that's the difference between a class being 1 hour or a class being 3 hours long.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Detail and education on a person to person basis. Everyone is different my job is to not just pass you along but to make sure you actually understand what your going to do or likely how your going to react in a time of high stress and put you in an uncomfortable situation that you may have yet to think of. No situation is ever the same but there is a process and your muscle memory you develop during practice will be your reaction when it happens. So how do you train like it's real or not because I do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
