Introduction: Welcome! Welcome to my profile. I train the original way, working with weights, body weights, movements and diets to get the end result. If you want to gain or loose weight I can help you figure it out and get you there. I charge per Training Session (one hour) if you come to the private gym where I currently train all my clients. I can come to a residence if needed but the price for that will be a bit more. My training fees are reasonable because I love this sport and enjoy helping others learn this wonderful life style. I have changed my life and others by working out and training. I do all my training at small private boutique gym located In the City of Costa Mesa. I do one on one Training in a 5,000 sq. Ft. filled with all the gym equipment needed to completely transform your body. This private gym is never crowded and there's no waiting for equipment. I specializing in Fitness, Strength training , Weight Loss, Bodybuilding, Injuries, Stress, Depression and Rehab. I work with health issues, injuries, over weight, under weight clients, all in a Holistic method. Training is by appointment. I offer a Free Evaluation on our first meeting. This is to evaluate your needs and goals. I look forward to helping you be healthy, fit, happy and reach your goals! Mark is an outstanding trainer that will build you to whatever it is you want to achieve. More importantly , he is one of the very last trainers who have been around in the golden era of bodybuilding, so for all those out there looking to train to become like Arnold, look no further because Mark has it all.

I have trained with Mark for about a year. I really like the fact that he listens to you, encourages you and motivates you to keep training and strive to be better than you were yesterday. He also tailors his training to compensate for your experience level, age, fitness and motivation. He has provided me with guidance that enabled me to continue training even while compensating for old injuries. Did I mention he does really well developing a training regimen for mature individuals (60-90 yrs). Pretty awesome if you think about being able to be active into your nineties. Dave Pierson

My experience training with Mark has been outstanding. I began working with him about four months ago, and when we first met he really took the time to understand my goals, examine where I'm at within those goals, and develop a routine to best meet them. For reference, my goals are focused on both strength and aesthetics. Mark has definitely given me the tools to accomplish my goals through focused coaching, knowledge, and encouragement. He has definitely taken my training to the next level. I highly recommend working with Mark!

Mark Perry is a good man and a good person. He has a lot of experience as a personal trainer. I came to him about a month ago, because I didnt feel that I knew how to workout corectly. Mark has shown me how to do various different exercises in the correct manner. Proper execution of an execise is critical, so that you can get the full benefit. Besides showing me proper form, Mark pointed out to me that you need to workout the entire body. I never used to work my back, my legs, abs or shoulders. He made me understand the importance of working all body parts. Mark has also given me a diet plan to implement. A proper diet is essential to help achieve fat loss and muscle gain. Mark is enthusiastic about being a personal trainer and wants to see his clients achieve thier goals. Mark has set me on the right path and he can do the same for anyone who has a desire to achieve their fitness goals. I wholeheartedly reccomend Mark Perry training!!!
