- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is an assessment and a learning session. I want to see how serious someone is about coaching and to see whether or not I am a good fit for their goals and purposes. From their I encourage people to choose between a couple of different coaching packages and plans. These packages provide either weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly meetings for durations of 3-6 months. Ultimately I want to do what is best for YOU!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked professionally with families, couples, individuals, and teams for the last 15 years as a pastor and counselor. My passion is to see people find their purpose and thrive in their purpose. I love working with families, couples, and teams as they navigate relationships and various roadblocks.
