- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For tax preparation, everyone has individual tax needs. I am VERY competitive with the "box" stores and offer a very personalized and thorough service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traditionally I will do an in office or telephone interview regarding what the potential client may need. From there we will discuss strategy and enter a business agreement.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work usually with small businesses, sole proprietors, and also individuals from the college student to the retired professional.
