FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is Straight Forward Pricing, I discuss the job and pricing with the customer first and even do a little negotiation if necessary. I give my customers a price that includes both materials and labor. There are no hidden fees, wether something takes me 1 hour or 3 hours. the price I give you for that particular job will not change. I also warranted all my work for up to 1 year as well. I try my best to keep the prices as fair as possible because when I leave a job, I want both the customer and I to be happy with no the the work performed and the price that it cost as well. I am an honest person and will not use any type of pushy salesman tactics to con you into buying something you do not need. But if I do come across something that is against code and or a safety hazard, I will bring it to the customers attention and give them some options on how to resolve the issue, from there it is up to the customer if they would like to proceed with additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a new customer will either call me or text me and explain what they need done and they also ask for an estimate. I then gather as much information as necessary regarding the work, I also ask to send a picture if possible. Next i send an estimate to the customer Via email, i the Price is agreed upon, I will then type up a proposal itemizing everything that i will be done for the customer, and i also include the payment arrangements as well. i then send the Proposal to the customer via email. And we discuss it, and make changes if necessary. Once the Proposal is accepted by customer. I will go to the customers house and we will both sign the proposal before starting the work. After the proposal is signed, I start working and make my part runs when i have to, i stay mindful of whatever neighborhood i am working in as well. Because sometimes people do not want you working there to late due to noise, but every job is different
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the years of 2004- 2007 I was being taught and working for a company in Pueblo, CO. that was in the Electrical Union. I was in the Electrical Union and I went through an apprenticeship Program in my early years, to become a Licensed Residential Wireman. Before I received my Residential Wireman License, I payed $600.00 to take a weekend course in Colorado Springs to study up and learn how to use the Electrical Code book Properly. When I moved to hawaii, I took my examination there as well to become a licensed EM Electrician, and recieved and accomplished getting my license there as well. Other than those things, most of what i know is from being on the job and learning from other electricians through the years and also reading books and studying on my own as well. From all of this I have become the electrician i am today and I am not afraid to say that I am still continuing to learn everyday. I am a very humble electrician and not arrogant an cocky or the type of person who thinks they know everything. if i do not know how to do something, then i will research up on it or ask questions and I will succeed and whatever is put in front of me.
