- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very difficult to offer a standard pricing system for the types of services that we offer. It's like calling the auto mechanic, telling him what noises you are hearing in your car, and asking for a set price. We do offer free estimates, and we are more than happy to come look at your project on short notice to figure out what we can do for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate, going over all the needs of the repair work. As soon as we understand the issues, we come up with a proposal and schedule the work to be done.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's important to make sure that the solution that a contractor is proposing is appropriate for your repair needs. There are unscrupulous contractors out there who will make every effort to get you to pay for services that may not be needed.
