- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Onsite estimates are free. We normally bid on a per job basis. Service work is do an hourly basis, typically $95 for 1st hour and $75/hr after. We carefully review all the information we get, it is very important that we are a good fit for you and your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with a customer to make sure that we understand the project/issue and that we can provide the required service. We try to provide a very rough estimate over the phone, but most of our work requires an onsite free estimate. We then schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have college educations in various engineering fields. 20 years of work in the electrical industry, specifically, 10 years electrical work as a journeyman. Countless years doing home renovations (kitchens, baths, decks, basements, etc..) and all sorts of handymen type tasks in all trades.
