What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I live by the following principals: Number one: Respect Whether it’s your friends, your family or business associates, when we have mutual respect among each party, there’s so much to be gained, so much we can learn from each other. Number two: Be Nice I know it sounds simple but just being nice adds value to people, it can change the world in an instant when you’re polite to each and every person you meet. Number 3: Laughter I know, it sounds simple but do you realize that the average child laughs two hundred times a day and the average adult only four? The greatest thing about laughter is that it is the best medicine, it makes you feel good, and it’s contagious. Number 4: Forgiveness We’ve all had that moment in our lives where we feel like we’ve been wronged. We’ve all made bad decisions, maybe had some bad decisions made towards us but if we’re able to chop down that barrier and forgive, it opens up opportunities for us to add value to other people. Number 5: Be Grateful

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customizable to the customer explicit needs. We know that everything rises and falls on leadership and thus our responsibility is to help them become the best leader they can be. Leadership is Influence. Nothing more, nothing less.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, ask a lot of questions. Most people have the answers from within, it is my job to help pull it out of them to maximize their potential. We do that, but asking lots of questions to better understand the person. After all, companies are not success, people are successful. We don't use a cookie cutter approach to coaching, each person is different and we listen to our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Executive Director with John Maxwell Team, I am uniquely qualified and certified by the #1 Leadership guru in the world, John C. Maxwell. His leadership and guidance has given me the skill and will to impact lives. The Law of the Lid states, a leaders ability determines a person's level of effectiveness. In other words, your organization can only rise as highest the leader can take them. We take our clients higher.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this profession because I have a strong desire to add value to others. With over 30 years of leadership experience is was a natural fit. My number one goal and priority is to uplift every person I communicate with. In life, you are either adding value or substracting value from someone's life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We focus on people who would like to ascend to executive level leadership. In addition, we also work in academic environment by adding value to students, teachers and administrators.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a leadership expert that can help take you to the highest level of your capability, then understand if that person can take you higher. Finally, look for someone that you can believe in and they can believe in you. That means, someone that will both coach you and challenge your thought process, but will also be a mentor when needed. No cookie cutter approach.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What do I want to get out of a coaching session? How can I help my coach help me best? Am I truly ready to make myself vulnerable by sharing my struggle?
