- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In real estate, it is very important to understand that the commissions to the real estate agent are paid by the seller. Your down payment and closing cost are paid by you to the lender, unless you are a part of a down payment assistance program or there are seller contributions. Your real estate agent and lender are your advocates and will help to understand the buying and selling process. Choose the right advocate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The real estate process works from a timeline. I walk my buyers through a 10 Step Process: 1. Choose a Qualified Agent-that would me :) 2. Assess your Credit and Finances (pre-qualification/pre-approval) 3. Asses your Wants and Needs in a Home 4. Search for Your Home 5. Negotiate Terms with Seller 6. Obtain a Mortgage 7. Prepare for Closing 8. Close 9. Move 10. Celebrate Sellers will have access to my 28 point marketing plan, which will help them agree on the right price to maximize their bottom line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate's Degree in Real Estate and a Broker's License. A certification as a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Short Sale Specialist, and Texas Affordable Home Specialist. I have a BBA in Entrepreneurship, certified Business Coach, Life Insurance & Investment Agent, and Licensed Property & Casualty Agent.
