FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is never easy to give a customer a price an work they need done. No two customers needs are the same. So as much information you can give on what your wanting done the more equipt you make me in giving you the best price to complete your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I make contact with our new customers by phone, text, thumbtack mail or email and find out what there needs are. I then provide them with a quote for the services they need preform. After coming to an agreement on the pricing and service to be preformed I then schedule a appointment. On the arranged day I confirm the a appointment by phone then I set out to my customers location. Once at the location I have my customers go over the specifics of the job with me and we visually after to how I am going to get what they want done. This way both myself and my customers won't have any surprises. I then get to work and when my job is done and the customers is completely satisfied then I ask for payment. I then pack up to leave my happy customers place. If for any reason the customers has any issues after I have left I am always willing to come back and make adjustment so they are satisfied with my work. I believe that the only way to be successful is through happy customers so that's what I always have no exceptions to that rule. Everyone I work for will be a Happy Customer of mine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a old timer I have been running cable since I attended CCATV school at El,Centro community college in 1985. With that many years behind me in the voice, data, and surveillance cabling industry I have run into all sorts of issues and a book won't teach how to solve most of them. What solves them is hands on experience. I have aquired certifications along the way osha, different phone switch certifacations, fork lift and bucket truck driver just to name a few. I still say all the weekend warrior classes with a final text to complete your certification won't replace hands on experience.
