- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard, pricing system for most services. Some services such as stone floor polishing require an on-site quote. The prices quoted for carpet cleaning include pre-treating the area to be cleaned and light furniture moving. Other services such as pre-vacuuming and drying fans can be added for an additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact with the customer we like to speak with the customer on the phone to discuss the order and schedule the work. On the day the work is scheduled we arrive onsite, and a walkthrough of the areas to be serviced is done with the customer. Any concerns or questions are addressed with the customer at this time. The services to be performed, and the total price is confimed with the customer. We ask for the customers signature on the invoice and begin the work. After the work is completed we invite the customer to inspect the work. If the customer has any concerns we address them at that time. Once the customer is satisfied, we collect payment, ask the customer to sign the invoice as completed, and a copy of the paperwork including the warranty is provided before we depart the premises.
