- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Fulltime Planner that includes vendor locating, budget management and staff 3-5 25% of budget + $75 per staff member. Day of Coordination & Decorating(minimum 3 staff members) $100 per hour for Event Coordinator & Designer Flat $75 each staff member, centerpiece rental $15 per arrangement. Day of Coordination Only $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I establish a rapport at the initial consultation with client. Every client is provided a questionnaire to return prior to the initial consultation, that allows me to prepare and research the client's wants and needs. Contract and retainer are completed at the initial consultation. Depending upon the type of service the next steps would be vendor/client meetings. To Do List would be provided to client to ensure planning and any financial obligations are satisfied as scheduled.
