- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Correspondence by phone, email, or in person to go over their goals. Take notes and put a plan together, then submitting to them a quote. I like to give two or three options, as price and design will vary, giving the customer more data on which to make a decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horticulture studies in college covering types of plants, trees, soil, ph, companion planting, etc.
