FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When attempting to quote a price online, without seeing and touching your hair in person will be nothing more than an estimate. Price is subject to change based on previous services performed by the client themselves or another stylist. I will always do my best to give a range of investment if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is extremely important for both the client and myself. It's important that I understand what their wants and needs are so that I may give them options on how we can get them there. Is what they're asking for capable in their first visit while maintaining the integrity of their hair or will it take a series of visits to get us there? Also, what's their investment financially and time wise to perform said service and the required maintenance / upkeep.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from being a licensed cosmetologist for 11 years, I'm manufacturer certified with Brazilian Blowout and various color lines.
