Alex has done many projects for me. His writing is excellent! He is great at communicating the status of the project. The content writer that had worked for me for 15 years passed away. I spent 3 weeks trying to find a replacement. Out of 30 writers I interviewed and paid to see a writing example he is who the writer I decided to work with.

He worked on adding rich content for our products and cleaning up copy on our new website. Alex did a great job!!! He caught on to what we wanted him to do, and did the project efficiently and in less time we had approved for the project.

Alex is a regular hire for our copywriting projects - usually for print & social media. One of our most notable projects - We were pursuing a microniche audience and had 3 weeks to generate 200 delegates for a conference in North Carolina. We were going head to head with another agency - I showed Alex exactly what I needed to complete our project, gave him a few days and he nailed it. Not only did we meet our goal, but we generated 3x more than the other agency with 1/2 the personnel and 1/4 of the time. Faithful. Dependable. You can hire him for your project, but keep in mind you're going to have to fight us for him first.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'm inquisitive. I begin by gathering as many details of the project as I can. This helps me grasp the language and message you're trying to articulate, and moves the process along quicker in the long term. Once I've finished a draft, I'll send it back and await critique. If you're unsatisfied with some of the language, I include two redrafts or edits for each quote. After the project is complete, I'll invoice you via PayPal and will look forward to hearing from you for future projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in school pursing a degree in journalism. My success in publication and maintaining steady writing clients has encouraged me to pursue writing as a lifelong career.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I even dreamed of making a living as a writer, I wrote as a hobby. As a kid I authored Scooby Doo short stories, and in school I aced the majority of my papers. When a friend recommended me to be the publications manager at a nonprofit four years ago, it was my first professional step as a writer. It's been four years since the first blog I wrote for that organization, and the experience has since helped launch me into many diverse and engaging projects spanning many industries. I look forward to this continuing as a lifelong career.
