Frank provided us with an estimate to paint 2 large rooms with 20+ ft ceilings and another room's ceiling which flowed into the others from the 2nd floor. The ceilings would be white and the walls would be a bluish-gray. His estimate was more than competitive which others couldn't even come close to. After we agreed for him to work on the project, he and his business partner showed up early the next day and worked late into the day for the next few days until the project was completed and on time, too. The house looks incredible. As a matter of fact, I won't hesitate to hire Frank again for future projects.

We hired Frank to paint our front door. After he performed that work, we hired him to fix our fence and Pergola. He underpriced the job and it took way longer than promised. He didn't show up until 10 or later each day (probably because he had other jobs going on at the same time). They left a mess everyday, trash, tools materials laying everywhere. Two weeks after he "finished" the job, I noticed that he had not stained my neighbor's side of the fence. I texted, begged and pleaded with him to return and finish the job. He kept promising he would finish and then just stopped returning my texts (because you can't call him - his voicemail is full). His name is really Frank Banuelos. He drives a maroon pickup with an extended cab and it has a handicapped sticker hanging from the rearview mirror. If he contacts you under the name Gutierrez, it must be because he has bad reviews under Banuelos. His company is called BLS remodeling. I spent my 4th of July holiday staining the fence and noticed all of the things they left undone. Use caution when hiring this contractor.

After looking for a while for someone to come help with a high 20' crystal chandelier I was able to find Frank. He provided a fair estimate and he came out quickly at worked with me to find a time that would work for me. He was quick and professional. Had the right scaffolding equipment and got the job done! His attention to detail is what sets him apart from all others. I would highly recommend Frank and already have few projects lined up that could use his help! Looking forward to working with him more!
