Larry is a straight shooter and he knows his stuff. He's very responsive, even when the issue is a general real estate or maintenance issue, not related to the properties his office has been managing for me for 20 years. I feel very confident in the decisions he and his office make regarding my properties. I appreciate the fact that they think about my properties as if they were their own, and they're careful when spending maintenance funds on them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discount fees, not service! As I said, we are small and therefore very flexible and extremely competitive in the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit with you to understand your needs and explain in detail the ways in which we can help you. I will provide samples of all of the required paperwork for your review and answer all of your questions until you are satisfied that you have hired the right person for your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, I maintain the designation of CRS.
