I'm a Texas-loving Pastry Chef with a background in fine dining and hospitality. I've been baking my whole life, from easy bake to commercial kitchen! In my spare time, I love to try new restaurants and stay current with Dallas' up-and-coming. My other loves include vintage shopping, playing with my kids at local parks, and being involved at church. It's my joy and privilege to create for clients!

Wow! Texas Wildflower Desserts made some wonderful treats for a Princess Party we hosted. The cake was just as delicious as it was gorgeous to look at. Anna was super easy and fun to work with.

Working with Anna on our wedding cakes was the most amazing experience! I had sent her inspiration pictures of what I was looking for and when we sat down for our first meeting we were able to iron out exactly what we wanted and were able to stay within budget! The cakes and cupcakes tasted amazing and they looked absolutely wonderful! We also had a special request on the grooms cake - and she was able to get it accomplished! She showed up on time at our wedding and we were able to hire her to stay and cut/serve. I cannot stress enough how great of an experience we had with her!

I graduated from The Oregon Culinary Institute in 2010. I've worked in several restaurants and pastry shops, most notably Tom Colicchio's Craft Restaurant.
