Rob F. says, "My wife and I have had Patrick cook for us at our house twice in the past few months - for each of our respective birthday celebrations. Each time was a superb meal and an excellent experience. Patrick's dining creations are imaginative and amazing; everything is just wonderful and an explosion of great flavors and textures. His take even on a traditional dish is a cut above anything we'd experienced. He's easy to work with, requiring only a few emails to set the menu, contract, and pricing. He even provided some excellent wine pairing options for us on both events. It is such a pleasure to have a professional chef show up at your house for a special event, and take care of the cooking, serving, and cleaning, all while we enjoy a pre-dinner drink followed by a relaxing meal - all we do it provide place settings and he does all the rest. It's a very intimate dining experience that allows Patrick time to explain what he has put into each dish, the wine pairings, and his friendly and engaging personality makes it a pleasure to welcome him into our home & create for us. He's never pushy, always friendly, yet always also gives us the space to enjoy the pleasure of our event while enjoying his creations. It's like having the entire restaurant to yourself and the chef discusses and serves each dish for you. It's wonderfully decadent! And his food...it's delectable. Everything is perfect. We can't say enough good about Patrick and his service. It's not having some guy bring some prepared meals in aluminum pans to warm up in your house. He does all the cooking in your home, and provides good company and explanation of the dishes as we enjoy an elegant, leisurely meal in our home home. And we even had some leftovers, as the portions are quite generous for the mains & desserts. There's nothing quite like having an amazing meal at home that you don't really have to lift a finger to prepare or clean up after. There is no doubt that Patrick created the best meals we've ever eaten in our house, and we're certain your experience will be the same. Our only regrets are that we can't have him cook for us every weekend! And of course, that more people will discover his services, making it hard to book him in thee future (as we will !)
