FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge for estimates, I prefer a flat fee so price is know upfront and there’s no questions, any materials needed outside of anything you provide upfront I’m happy to take care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at every job as a partnership where we are both brining value to the project. A good quality job starts with what’s done properly beneath the tile, and often there’s more that goes into completing a job properly from an installation standpoint to make it last long term aside from just looking good. So I often prefer to see it in person to discuss everything with them and bring a knowledge and understanding to what needs to be done and why things cost what they cost, as well as to properly make their vision come to life. However with today’s online tools many smaller jobs can be properly understood and estimated with some photos and good solid communication upfront.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20yrs of on the job experience in this industry doing mostly work in custom residential homes, but also quite a bit of work in remodeling and commercial as well.
