- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small business, I understand the value of a dollar. Should you have a specific budget for a project, let's talk. I want to be able to make your dollar span that extra mile. Deposit Policy: 50% deposit is required before production can begin. The deposit will be applied to the total at the end of completion! Cancellation Policy*: If cancellation occurs prior to completion of the concept, a cancellation fee will be required of 10% of the remaining total. * If project exceeds the estimated hours, the client will be notified and will be required to provide approval before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat with the client about what it is they're wanting to accomplish. Starting with the question "Why?" and where they'd like to go. For example, if it's a brand identity project, I will send over Questionnaire that will help the client take a closer look at themselves and their company. I will take the information given in that and create branding MAGIC.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With some diverse experience in the art field, my main background is in printwork: i.e. wedding invitations, promotional products for events, office stationery, etc. While in school my minors included printmaking, studio+film photography, bookmaking and photojournalism which sets me apart from others.
