Introduction: In 2013, I was introduced to my first kickboxing class with a Muay Thai trainer, where I worked my way up to advanced cardio kickboxing.
In 2015, I found herself adding Western Style boxing as well as TRX with HIIT to my routines. Since then, my passion for boxing and high intensity fitness has grown exponentially, and I began to dedicate a huge part of her life training and working on my techniques
I'm so lucky to share my passion since August 2016 at Bay Area Boxing in Belmont- there I have the opportunity to share my knowledge of boxing and kickboxing, my classes combine of high intensity training with calisthenics exercises.
