- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different types of catering (hot, cold, steam table) so our prices vary. We are confident we can suit any budget we are presented.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to the customer. I know my products, and I know our menu can satisfy any and all customers. All it takes is intently listening to the customer's needs and then customizing an experience that's perfect for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ServSafe certified and have completed all of Tropical Smoothie Cafe's hospitality courses and leadership training.
