- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the type of door/ application. To be fair to all of my clients I offer extremely competitive pricing that will beat most any other professional installation services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your initial measurement appointment I will go over the installation process in detail so you are confident and comfortable with your renovation. We can discuss the main reasons you are wanting a new door, and I will make any suggestions necessary to ensure quality results. I will provide you with accurate dimensions of the unit to be replaced that you can then take to any store to purchase your items to be installed. Upon confirmation that the new product is readily available for pickup, my office assistant will contact you and schedule your installation appointment. Included in your installation bid (in most cases) will be the delivery of your new door the day of the install. Upon completion of the install, I will be going over any details regarding maintenance and upkeep to help ensure that your door will stand the test of time (and nature).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having 10 years of experience as the top-rated service provider for the Home Depot, I have specialized in the installation of thousands of doors. I've managed multiple installation teams to ensure quality standards were met not just for the Home Depot, but also for the door manufacturers and of course the customer. Spending time in the actual plants that the doors are made/produced, I have developed a strong sense of what is acceptable within the industry standards.
