We are a true southern catering and event company, keeping our clients interest as the main focus. What their needs and desires are to make their event as special as we can. Quick response, customizable options, punctual timing and very friendly service. We catered BBQ, it was delicious. They also worked with us on price, and helped me get a small menu together based on our price range.
A couple of recommendations I'd provide would be to have BBQ in a tray, and buns separate, to keep the buns from getting soggy. It was delicious, but the buns started getting soggy by the time we finished eating. Also the coleslaw was pretty plain, and could have used something else in it. Baked beans were hot and delicious!
Overall very great service, and I'd definitely use them again!
