Exquisite decor with a well-implemented theme and color scheme including accent lighting. Professionally catered with delicious home cooked fare and attentive and friendly serving staff. Professionally designed 3-tiered cake incorporating colors and textures from the decor. Audio/visual elements complete with sound/music system. Saturday's 80th birthday celebration successfully integrated all these elements into a memorable event. I've experienced other events coordinated by 2HOPE4, ranging from Fall Festivals, kid's events, church events, and community gatherings. Hope has great vision with an extensive network of resources, is professional, detail-oriented, personal, and fun. I recommend 2HOPE4 Event Planning to everyone.

I recently worked with 2Hope4 Events on a big, semi-formal birthday celebration, and it was a great experience. The event planner was a complete professional. always available, provided timely responses to any questions I had, and routinely kept me abreast of her design progress as we worked through the planning process. The event, itself was flawless. The decor was exactly as she described it would be and then some. There was a program during the celebration that was very smoothly executed by the planner and her team. Most importantly, the guests and guest of honor seemed to be genuinely enjoying themselves. One thing I appreciated was that she had something to appeal to people of all ages, which was important, given guests ran the gamut from small children to seniors. Additionally, the other vendors she used, from the venue to the catering, to the photographer were all excellent, leaving me impressed with the quality of the people she chooses to work with. I'd definitely work with this company again, and recommend her to friends!

Hope of MIS has planned my birthday parties for years. Each one has been better than the last. Last year was a birthday BBQ. She managed to gather my whole family together. It was such an awesome surprise! Thank you! I can't wait for next year's!

Graduation Party!! Since I couldn't afford to go to the islands to celebrate I counted on 2HOPE4 to bring them to me :). Exceeded my expectations! Beautiful display of food that tasted as great as it looked. Fun and interactive tropical setting. Very professional and friendly staff providing affordable services. I'll definitely use them for further events!

We just celebrated my mom's 80th birthday. Everything was top notch. Hope kept us on track and under budget due to keen negotiation and strong organizational skills. Her attention to detail separates her from the rest! You should definitely consider 2Hope4 for your next event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote include details and support specific to that event. No party is the same. No clients needs are the same, Market prices fluctuate. Using, various resources, I find the lowest available prices to meet the needs of the client at the time of the quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen intently, get the details and execute with precision that I might exceed expectations. I take every possible cue from my client and ask questions. Communication and planning is key to a successful event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate in marketing and business management and over 25 years experience in event planning.
