- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to discuss the scope of the project with the customer before providing a quote. Each job is different and we don't like to provide pricing until we know we have designed the perfect solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact the customer to learn more about their needs. We provide communication through Thumbtack, email, and phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 years of experience and training between the partners and our installation team. We have training in low voltage system installation covering all types of camera, access control, and alarm systems. We are certified by Honeywell for their alarm and access control solutions.
