- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a lot of questions about the product or services they provide in the beginning. Take a walk through the building and understand how they create their product/service. I want to know what the owner(s) of the business wants to get out of owning their business. What are their goals? What is their passion? What do they dislike? What are their strengths and weaknesses? Identifying these things helps me to create a customized, streamlined bookkeeping process to suit their individual needs. Find the sweet spot of success and help them grow. I can also troubleshoot a system that is already in place that isnt working or has many errors from previous bookkeepers. Either way, getting to know the owner and the process behind the business is the key to good bookkeeping service.

I am a Quickbooks Pro Advisor. I have over 30 years of bookkeeping experience using Quickbooks Pro Desktop versions and 5 years on QBO Wright State University
