FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bo, unfortunately, every job is different. That is what makes it so interesting. You can not quote every job the same way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, myself, go out and introduce myself to the customer and get a first hand look at the desired project. I get a good idea of what is required for this job and if we are capable of handling said project. Then, I schedule my crew chief to come out and detail what is needed to properly work up a quote. What I quote is what I stick to. Unlike others, that will low ball you and then raise the price after the start of the project. That is called "high jacking" the job. There are always many variables in construction, You sometimes run into surprises when you open up a wall. We try to avoid surprises but it does happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field for over 18 yrs.. From flooring, kitchen and bath, I have extensive knowledge and continue to learn on a daily basis. I am thorough and honest in what is needed to complete a project.
